I know we have some odd birdhouse shaped items in our past, but this one was actually out in the woods. I don't think any actual birds could fit - the openings are less than an inch wide - so I'm guessing it's just decorative.Something was sliding around inside when I picked it up, though - could a bat make itself that narrow to get in there? Not sure I'm going to open it up to find out.
